Robert Kime Limited is looking for a Junior Lampshade Maker to join their team in Marlborough, Wiltshire. The successful candidate will be joining a small group of makers, focused on producing hand stitched fabric lampshades of all sizes to our world class standard. The role requires excellent attention to detail, with experience in hand stitching and textile handling. This is a full-time position with working hours 09.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday in our Marlborough Head Office.

Robert Kime Limited is looking for an accounts administrative assistant to support our finance department across the Kime group of companies. The candidate will provide high level admin support to the Financial Controller, Finance Assistant and Restoration Team alongside other members of staff. The role requires a proactive individual who is self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. This is a full-time role with working hours 0900-1700, Monday to Friday in our Marlborough Head Office, with travel to nearby offices when necessary.

Assistant to Managing Director (12 month Maternity Cover)

Robert Kime Limited is looking for an Assistant (Maternity leave cover) to the Owner and Managing Director. The candidate will provide high-level admin support to the MD by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and tracking project progression to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills who is confident in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities. This will be a 12-month fixed contract, based in our Marlborough Head Office, with flexibility to travel to London where required. Working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00.
